Thanks for the wonderful tips on how to loose weight. As, a teen my concern seem to be on weight, I have to watch up for what I eat, how much exercise I am getting, and it is affecting my social life.

Cool, teen weight loss tips, it makes me think about the junk food I put into my body on a daily basis, scary!!!

Having a great sounding diet plan is important, and drinking plenty of water and fruits, such as fibrous foods and raw vegetables is vital to balancing your nutrient intake!

I think alot of teenagers can grasp the basic concept of eating right, if they eat too much the food they eat can turn into body fat causing health and weight issues, but contrary if they eat too little they may starve to death. A lot of diet program put a lot of emphasis on the right exercise and state of mind, but I think teenagers these days just need to be less lazy and get involve in social activities and avoid the diet pills at all cost.

Here are two weight loss tips for you to enjoy!
First, rub your belly for 1-2 minutes after each meal. For some strange reasons rubbing your belly helps your digestion system. Start with small circles from your belly button then bigger until they cover the whole stomach region.
Second, use snacks such as string cheese or apples. Both food have benefits string cheese have the protein and apples have the fiber you need.

Losing weight as a teen has always been a struggle for me at 16 years old, 5'9 and weighting 220lbs I knew I had to do something about my
weight. With the help of family and friends I had lost almost a 100lbs and hope to loose more!

Teenagers eat more junk food with high calorie, and they are doing less to wear it off, so if you store
less fattie food in the food then the chances of them eating something that is not there will help
your kid wear off those extra pounds. I'm a single mother of two teenage girls who eat nothing but fast food!

I can't emphasize enough about having good nutrition, extremely over-weight teenagers may think that the fastest way
to loose a lot of weight is to eat as little or starve oneself. As, a teen I had tried all kinds of exercise, and involve in weight watchers but I can't seem to be able to shed those extra pounds no matter what I do. Where is my magic pill?

I'm a parent of a teen who maybe addicted to Meth. These are the symptoms that I notice, irregular sleeping patterns, nervousness, panting - breathing heavy, and loosing weight at a rapid rate. Anyone know of any other signs I should look out for? Or know more about Meth?

Here are some tips to help your teen loose weight.
1. Be aware that teens will become irrated with any weight gain.
2. Offer them help, or convince them to see a nutritionist, so they can trace their eating habits.
3. Be as supportive as possible, and encourage them to join a weight loss training program.
4. Do not let them become depress, always talk with your teen openly about any weight issues that maybe bothering them.
5. Finally, don't give up, keep trying, and your teen will live a healthy lifestyle!

I have a daughter who is in her teenage now. I have advised her many times and gave some tips to lose her over-weight, but she is not listening to my words. I think this blog would help her understand the importance of losing weight.

I have a young niece who comes home only to tell me about dangerous eating habits of her friends who are dieting. I think a lot of them just don't know any better. I am going to pass this on.

Greetings!
I have accidently stumbled on this website when I was looking for info about loosing weight. I can't begin to tell how much this website has helped me, now I have goal, and I know how to reasch my weight loss goals for 2009! Go weight loss!

These are great tips. As a teenager I wanted to lose weight at times but my Mum said I was too young and didn't need to. I had a fat stomach and was larger than my sister and most of the girls in my class. I am not sure if I was overweight but I was never given the chance to find out. I am sure I would have benefited from healthier food and more exercise whether I was overweight or not.

lol @ rubbing your belly after a meal. does that actually work?

Nice tips. The important thing in losing weight for teens is healthy. Teens need the nutrient for growth, that's why they should eat the right food

Of course, what a great site and informative posts, I will bookmark this site. Regards

Some really good info here thanks. I like many other people have been trying for longer than I care to remember to loose weight. The Doctor keeps telling me to do something about and (and give up smoking) and although I do try, I just can't stick to it. My girlfriend is trying the new Fat Burning Furnace diet which she reckons is working really well and she has lost 5lbs in only a week - has anyone around here tried it and has it worked for you?

Nice site. Thanks for advertising on my Entrecard. It was a nice way to find out about you. Great advice here!
